The WCRC annually awards one scholarship in the amount of $1,000.00 to a graduating high school senior. The purpose of this scholarship is to reward a high school senior who has actively participated and/or volunteered in West Carroll Recreation Council programs. Scholarship applications are accepted April 1st through the 30th  of each year. For more information about the scholarship and application requirements download the application.
